Alex Morgan
Alexandra Patricia Morgan (born July 2, 1989) is an American soccer player and Olympic Gold medalist. She is a forward for National Women's Soccer League club Portland Thorns FC and the U.S. Women's National Team. Morgan was drafted number one overall in the 2011 WPS Draft by the Western New York Flash. She was the youngest player on the USA's roster
at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup. At the 2012 London Olympics, her game-winning goal in the 123rd minute against Canada was Morgan's team-high 20th in 2012, becoming only the sixth and youngest U.S. player to do so in a single year. Morgan finished 2012 with 28 goals and 21 assists, joining Mia Hamm as the only American women to score 20 goals and 20 assists in the same calendar year, and was named U.S. Soccer Female Athlete of the Year. Morgan has a deal with Simon & Schuster to write The Kicks, a middle-grade book series about four soccer-playing girls. In May 2013, the first book in the series, Saving the Team, debuted at number seven on The New York Times Best Seller list for Children's Middle Grade.

Val Chmerkovskiy
Valentin Aleksandrovich Chmerkovskiy (born March 24, 1986) is son to Aleksandr (aka Sasha) and Larissa, and brother to professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy (Dancing with the Stars dancer). He was partnered with Valeriya Kozharinova. In 2008, Valentin partnered up with Dariya (Dasha) Chesnokova during his high school years, Val attended The Hudson School. Val has appeared on the hit TV show Dancing with the Stars on several occasions. He has helped to critique his brother Maksim Chmerkovskiy routines with his celebrity partner Laila Ali in season 4. Also, in 2006, the two brothers had a dance off. Valentin and Valeriya were up against Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Karina Smirnoff. Chmerkovskiy can also be seen on PBS' America's Ballroom Challenge. He and his partner, Valeriya, can be found showcasing different dances there. Valentin appeared on Dancing with the Stars results show on Tuesday April 6, 2010. He did a country western themed routine with his brother Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Edyta Śliwińska and Snejana Petrova. He appeared on the Dancing with the Stars results show on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, performing a music and dance duel against Mark Ballas. Val played the violin and danced with Lacey Schwimmer; Ballas played the guitar and danced with his student Tanith Belbin. The song they performed to was "Toxic" by Britney Spears.
